Police officers within the Tokyo district were under the suspicion that a massive wave of exhibitionist were going to strike inside Tokyo’s train wagons.
The source they decided to follow up on was posted anonymously on the Internet, telling everybody to jump onto the Yamanote line without any trousers on.
“Let’s board the Yamanote line without putting on any trousers! Everyone gather at Otsuka station at 10AM!”
Of course it was only a matter of time before the police force of 60 men arrived at the station ready to strike down the massive wave of exhibitionists. Much to their own surprise, the did not meet anyone who was on the verge of committing the crime they were so committed to prevent.
It didn’t take long before the public took notice and began analyzing the situation and coming up with answers whether the message couldn’t refer to not wearing trousers but boarding the trains with skirts on instead. This in it’s turn led to the public wonder if the police didn’t have anything better to do than waste valuable time.
