A man who recruited a runaway 16 year old school girl for his delivery health business has been arrested, she was introduced to the business by a friend who told her it was a nice way of earning money.
It has also made clear that he had other 23 schoolgirls in various ages in his “Schoolgirl dispatch business”, the girls would be sent out to hotels to have sex with clients.
After an interview with the man in charge and having sex with him, the 16 year old began work.
Selling herself for money was yet to become a concern, and she received ¥13,000, out of ¥20-30,000, serving up to 30-40 customers over six months period.
Eventually she came to dislike the work and decided to get everyone arrested, thus reporting the matter to the police.
The proprietor, a 27 year old unemployed man, has been charged with violations of child welfare laws.
He has admitted to what he is charged with, saying; “The under-eighteens do as they’re told, so I employed under-eighteens.” His “customers”, had also been arrested.
Police estimates that he made ¥7,000,000 over a year of “business”.
