Schoolgirl bullying has gone one extra mile when compassion is brought into the mix.
That is apparently what did just happen in Japan, where a 12 year old schoolgirl was lured into the household of another female bully with the tempting promise of doing homeworks together. What ended up happening instead was a humiliating event of being tied to a chair and then being undressed against her will. On top of that, the bully who was 13-years-old made herself a home made video to send around to at least ten other of her bully friends.
This incidence and other where the girl had at least been through five of the same caliber, where she was lured out to a remote location and had her panties removed. All of these has been reported to the police who are now considering to charge with acts of child pornography.
The parents of the involved children were of course like in Japanese tradition, showing their apology for raising children who would degrade a fellow human being like that. But the mother of the abused daughter could not forgive for the mistreatment her very own daughter had to suffer:
“This is unforgivable. I want the bullies responsible for this to be held to legal account for their actions.”
And that’s what they did. The mother insisted on her daughter pressing charges, but seeing how they were still underage, and Japan has a law where it says one must be 14-years-old to receive any kind of charges against them, however are perfectly fine for juvenile.
The principle of the Gifu prefecture where these girls attend, have stated that it is most unfortunate that such events should take place, but has also insured that the video which was roaming around of the girl has been dealt with and should no longer be available.
“We were unable to prevent this most regrettable affair. The videos have all been deleted”
“This sort of thing is most unfortunate. We will take steps to ensure it does not happen again.”
