PS3 is Secured Once More

The epic underestimation done by Sony has led to a great deal of backpain for the Playstation 3 which finally managed to break the illusion of forever being “un-hackable”. Hackers quickly swept in and took advantage of the now notorious and still widely used (for hacking and backup purposes) firmware versions. Something they did not keep for themselves and shared with the rest of the world giving birth to the very first Playstation 3 generation backup method.

Now it would seem that Sony has closed off any threats which can cause them any more problems from the hacker community claims a hacker that goes by the name KaKaRoTo (Youness Alaoui). He also adds that whilst that might hold true today, some day it will be re-hackable, just not by himself.

Sony seems however not be winning this battle in one way but in severals as they have not only been able to tap the security issues which haunted them but now also is taking a great deal of hackers to court for their tinkering with what was essentially the hackers “property.”
