27-year-old man approached his victim, a 27-year-old lady, on the streets of Sapporo, and without a warning, knocked her over and proceeded to tear off items of her clothing, especially her underwear, and happily took off with them.
An male onlooker felt as if he couldn’t just look while the crime was being committed, and decided to run after, but the pantsu-thieves, determination to survive was stronger, as he punched the onlooker right in the face to try to avoid getting caught.
The running didn’t last long though, as police eventually caught up with the man, arrested and faced him with charges of indecent assault and robbery.
The lady who was forced to go through with the entire event suffered from mild injuries from the assault she was put under, only a few scratches from the assailant, was found as he tried to remove her of her clothed-belongings.
