A health delivery business based in Yokohama was found to have hired 10 girls to prostitute themselves for money, and in which 8 of those girls were under the legal age of 18.
The discovery of this came about after the news about an 16-year-old Chiba girl had been employed by the very same health delivery leaked. She would be dispatched to a home of two loyal patrons and be taken sexually advantage of for between ¥17,000 ~ ¥20,000.
Further investigation revealed that amongst the 10 fully employed girls, 8 of them were all under the age of 18.
Whether or not the managers for this specific health care was aware of that the girls were underage is another entire question in itself, but as the law clearly states that the entire happening is illegal, the two men running the health care has been arrested and charged with inducing minors to commit “obscene” acts.
Kanagawa police are not showing any interest in arresting the employed girls or the customers, even if they are all technically guilty of illegal actions too.
