One crazy mans idea, has finally reach the shores of Japan, or the waterways to be more exact. The 10m tall rubber duck titled, Suito Osaka Rubber Duck Project, is designed by the dutch man Florentijn Hofman, for no special reason more than for fun.
The duck has made appearances and even menace in other cities over the world, however, this is the first and hopefully not, the only time he/she visits the Japanese water ways.
