An organization out to help the disabled by relieving them of any backed up sexual tension has now become questioned on whether it is a charity case or a lesser quality based health delivery service.
The service, “White Hands”, has been existing and growing since 2008 onto 18 different prefecture in Japan with a goal to give those who are suffering from any sort of disability which is causing them to not being able to properly managing relieving the sexual tension, a possibility to do so.
“Disabled men have the same urges as other men. I think you should still try to find a girlfriend, but when that is not possible a nursing service like this really helps. I hope society becomes more understanding of the sexual needs of the disabled.”
This is done through a carefully plotted execution where the man is forced to wear a condom and the randomly selected mature nurse latex gloves, and under no circumstances are they allowed to either encourage sex talk or actual physical confrontation apart from what the mission consist of.
And as the old saying goes, money is time and this holds true even here. For entire 15 minutes of stimulation ¥3500 must be paid, ¥5500 for 30 minutes and over ¥10,000 for an hour. Digits that are not making much difference from the normal rates found in most health delivery services, where even a whole range of intimate sets can be offered.
With the expensive price points and general ridiculousness other options has been encouraged by the concerning general population now fully aware of the situation of the disabled ones:

“The parents should do it for them.”
“They’re doing better than I am.”
“If you’re making them wear condoms at least fellate them.”
“If you’re just going to mechanically stimulate them with no eroticism you’d be better off using a machine.”

“Condom + rubber gloves = 3500/15 min… that is pretty ridiculous pricing.”
