Data Errors Sets the PS3 Back

In a recent reporting from Tose at the Kyoto Cross Media Experience 2010 held in Japan, statistic involved the sales numbers of gaming consoles were presented where a fatal mistake was involved suggesting that Playstation 3 had sold 1 million more units than the XBOX 360.

The very same developer company now claims there was a data error and thus the statistic on the Playstation 3 reports are wrong and once more placing Sony’s Bluray beast in an awkward situation. Yet another source suggest that it has managed to “sell” more units than the XBOX 360, but that isn’t enough to close the deal as the holiday sales chart can change that very fact.

“At KYOTO CMEX 2010 our CEO presented a lecture entitled “The 30 year history of gaming.” However, there were errors in the data used and we offer our humble apologies for the inconvenience caused.”
