A new challenger has appeared, but apart from what we usually would expect from an Mangaka, this one shares same sense of beauty and an extra sized portion of cuteness as her artwork.
Her name is Xià Dá / 夏達 (or Ka Tatsu as it’s rendered into Japanese) and she is an Chinese mangaka whom have recently been given some rather extra ordinary attention from the Japanese fan base.
But who is she and why come she became such an superstar over one night?
It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that there are more than one otaku out there taking a liking for her “excelled” youthful look as she is in reality 28 year old and is currently living in the city of Hangzhou in the Zhejiang province of mainland China, and her hobbies are no different from what you would expect from an female otaku.
She however is not even for one minute appreciating the sudden fancying of her outer appearance as she herself is considered to be an professional mangaka whom have had her work translated into Japanese, and even currently is being displayed in Ultra Jump.

Of course even if she was warmly welcomed by otaku’s her immediate reaction by fans or even novice readers were “She’s a mangaka? Impossible” and “She’s certainly got the kind of face you creepy otaku are into.”
