Chinese Cooking Oil, a Real Sewage Treat!

It’s been a while since we have had any Chinese related news, so we thought it might be time. We are all too familiar with Chinese quality, and things has not changed over time, as even the Chinese screws one and another over.

The cooking oil used in China has been traced down to be nothing more than left overs found inside the sewage systems. Whatever you left last night might become a treat for the hungry people of China the very next day.

What was revealed on national radio has now been confirmed, and just like the broadcast implied, the cooking oil is purely distributed from raw sewage materials and is 100 times more toxic than arsenic.

“Chinese are eating 3,000,000 tons of ‘recycled cooking oil’ each year, but it is 100 times more toxic than arsenic!”

The sewage gets heated up then filtered so that it receives it’s natural dark color which is later used as a disguise for when re-distributing the liquid as cooking oil.

The toxic level which is said to be 100 times more powerful than arsenic has been detected to give cancer or even birth defects to children. Apart from the obvious hygiene issues, if boiled correctly it is not said to give any sort of bacteria related issues.

Facilities which house these operations have been found to exist everywhere, to the simple (and dirty) back alleys of down town areas, to further away from town. One bottle of this oil costs roughly 300 yuan ($45).
